Who is FRAYNCK?

The name, the work, and me

Fraynck started because I kept seeing capable people undersell themselves on paper.

Good experience, solid work histories, and the right tickets - all let down by resumes that didn’t reflect what they’d actually done. Not because people were dishonest or lazy, but because writing about yourself properly is hard.

That’s what Fraynck is here for.

Why “Fraynck”?

The name comes from my dog, Frank - a Doberman.

Like most Dobermans, he’s judged quickly. People see the breed and make assumptions before they’ve spent any time with him. But once you get comfortable with each other, he just wants to rest his head in your lap.

Resumes work the same way.
Employers make fast decisions, and if a resume doesn’t present someone clearly, the judgment happens before the person gets a chance.

Fraynck is about making sure the first impression matches the reality.

What Fraynck does (and doesn’t do)

Fraynck provides resume and job application support for trades, mining, civil and FIFO workers.

That includes:

  • Clear, plain-English resumes

  • Experience and tickets presented properly

  • Honest feedback without over-selling

Fraynck does not:

  • Act as a recruitment agency

  • Place candidates into jobs

  • Promise interviews or outcomes

The focus is simple: help people present their experience properly so it speaks for itself.

About me

I’m Josh.

I started my working life as a tradesman, spent time working underground in mining, and now work as an HR professional in the civil space.

I’ve been on both sides of the process - doing the work, and later reviewing resumes, onboarding workers, and seeing how hiring decisions are actually made. That perspective is what Fraynck is built on.

I know how good workers talk about their jobs in real life, and I know how employers read resumes on paper. Fraynck exists to bridge that gap.

This isn’t about dressing people up or using corporate language. It’s about translating real experience into something that makes sense to the person reading it.

Straightforward. Practical. Done properly.
