How does it work?

Choose a service and complete payment (if applicable). You’ll then be asked to fill out a short form so I can understand your experience and what you’re applying for.

Once that’s submitted, I review everything and prepare your resume or feedback based on the service you’ve selected.


Is this a recruitment or job placement service?

No.

Fraynck provides resume and job application support only. I don’t place candidates into roles or act as a recruiter.


What industries do you work with?

Fraynck is focused on:

  • Trades

  • Mining

  • Civil construction

  • Infrastructure

  • FIFO and shutdown work

What’s the difference between the services?

Free Resume Feedback
Written feedback on your existing resume only. No edits or rewriting.

Resume Rewrite
A full rewrite of your resume so your experience, skills and tickets are clearly presented.

Get Job-Ready
A complete setup including a resume rewrite, cover letter template, and guidance on organising documents and applications.

FRAYNCK Mentorship
One-on-one coaching for people who’ve been out of work, are changing industries, or want help confidently explaining their experience.

Includes a guided interview, resume and cover letter rebuild, and interview preparation support.


Is the free resume feedback really free?

Yes.

There’s an option to leave a tip to support the service, but if you’re not in a position to tip, just email me and I’ll add yours to the list.
Tipped requests are prioritised where possible.


How long does it take?

Turnaround times vary depending on workload.

Paid services are prioritised. If there’s a delay or I need clarification, I’ll let you know.


Do you guarantee interviews or jobs?

No.

Fraynck doesn’t guarantee job outcomes. What I do guarantee is that your experience is presented clearly, professionally, and without fluff.


Can you tailor my resume to a specific job?

Yes - this is covered under the paid services.

You can include job ads or role details directly in the form after purchase.


How many revisions are included?

Revisions are handled reasonably and case-by-case.

If something needs correcting or clarifying, that’s fine. Large scope changes or additional documents may require a separate service.


What if I have trouble uploading my resume?

No problem.

If you can’t upload your resume through the form, you can email it to support@fraynck.com.au with your name in the subject line.


Can you help with cover letters?

Yes.

Cover letter templates and guidance are included in the Get Job-Ready service.
