FRAYNCK provides resume writing, job application support, and interview preparation services. Services are provided based on the information supplied by the client.


2. No Employment Guarantee

While FRAYNCK aims to improve the quality and clarity of job applications, no guarantee is made regarding interviews, job offers, or employment outcomes.


3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information. FRAYNCK is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the client.


4. Revisions

Reasonable revisions are included where applicable and relate to the original scope of work. Additional changes or new requests may require an additional fee.


5. Turnaround Times

Turnaround times are estimates only and may vary depending on workload and the quality of information provided. Timeframes can be confirmed after review.


6. Payments

All payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers. Services commence once payment and required information are received.


7. Refunds

Due to the personalised nature of the services, refunds are not provided once work has commenced. If you have concerns, please contact FRAYNCK as soon as possible.


8. Confidentiality

All client information and documents are treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties, except where required by law.


9. Limitation of Liability

FRAYNCK is not liable for any loss, damage, or outcome resulting from the use of the services, to the maximum extent permitted by Australian law.


10. Changes to These Terms

FRAYNCK may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
